What does the brokerage CRM need to do?
Hold the person, the listing they asked about, the owner, the next task, and the stage. If a form fill has to be pasted into the CRM, you have two systems. Apsidra writes the inquiry onto the pipeline directly.
Does the brokerage website include a home search?
Yes. The public site can include a home search, which most offices call IDX. Someone who searches and sends a note is already a lead, with the listing on the record. Display rules follow the board the brokerage is on. The detail is on the home search page.
Are you an IDX vendor?
Apsidra displays search on the brokerage site and catches the lead. Listing data comes through the path that brokerage's MLS allows. If an IDX vendor already holds that path, they can keep it. Apsidra does not replace the MLS, and it does not resell the feed.
Will this match our board's display rules?
Rules are per MLS. Before search goes live we match that board's display spec: attribution, disclaimer, sold data, photos, and refresh. A certification appears only after that board has issued it. There is no blanket approval on this website.
Can our current website and IDX vendor stay?
Yes. Apsidra can host the whole public site, or take the inquiry while the current site and IDX vendor stay. Say which one you want on the form.
Do agent pages land in the same pipeline?
Yes. Agent pages are part of the brokerage site. An inquiry from an agent page is still a contact in the one pipeline, with that agent on the record.
What sits on a deal besides the lead?
The file, the e-sign, the tasks, and the commission math. Sale price, gross, split, and net live on that same record. Your CPA still does the taxes.
Where does the AI sit?
Drafts and checklists run with the file open. The writing is against the record the office is already working. It is not a public chatbot with no file behind it.
How does pricing work?
There is no public rate card. After a walkthrough of the tools you pay for now, you get a monthly number for hosting the office. The savings are the other subscriptions you cancel.
How long does a move take?
The first reply is within one business day. A pilot is one office. The website and the pipeline move first, and the office keeps working. Documents and books follow that file. Old tools come off when you have stopped opening them.
Can we start with the website only?
Yes. Say so on the form. A site that already drops leads into a pipeline is a real start. The books and the document file can come after that office is comfortable.

Are the screens a real customer's office?
No. The addresses and names on the product screens are sample records, including 1842 Cedar Lane and Northline Realty, so you can see the pipeline, the payout, and a brokerage website without looking at someone else's book of business.
